Course Registration

The 2017 Program of Studies is now available electronically. Paper copies are also available for use in the Guidance office, ARHS library, computer lab, and main office, beginning February 27. (Spanish version)

The pdf version is also available. If you use it, be sure to use the bookmarks to help with navigation. 

Information for Rising 10th, 11th, and 12th Graders:

Registration materials are being sent home by first class mail during the February vacation to each student in the classes of 2020, 2019, and 2018. Documents from the mailing are available here in pdf format:

The mailing also included an Unofficial Transcript for each student,showing how many credits the student has already earned toward graduation.  Students: if you do not receive this mailing, please speak to the guidance staff in room 101 or 168.

  • Course Request Verification Sheets will be distributed to students during Advisory on May 12; signed forms must be returned to A-period teachers by May 20     

Students who wish to request permission to take extra classes within an academic department should fill out the Request for Academic Doubles form and bring it to the guidance office by March 6th.

Information for Rising 9th Graders:

On Thursday, March 9th, we held a meeting for all rising 9th grade families interested in learning more about programs, curriculum, and course offerings for 2017-18. Resources from that meeting are available here in pdf format:

In addition, we held an orientation session on Thursday, March 9th for families to learn more about special education at ARHS.  Below you will find a pdf of the handout from that meeting:

Students in the class of 2021 will submit their course request forms to their Advisory teachers by March 31st. High school staff will be on-site to collect the forms and answer questions.

Information for Students New/Returning to the District:

Students who are not currently enrolled at the middle or high school should contact the registrar’s office for information about enrolling at the high school and signing up for next year’s classes.
